This website describes the ServusHost service, an AI guest assistant for short-term rental flats, and lets you contact us. Using the website is free.

3. No binding offer

Information on this website, including features and examples, describes the service in general terms. It is not a binding offer. The terms of the ServusHost service, including price, are agreed in a separate written agreement with each customer.

4. The demo

The demo apartment is fictional and is provided to show how the service works. Its answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong.

Please don't enter personal or sensitive information in the demo.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or the demo. This includes trying to:

• break or bypass its security
• overload it with automated requests
• scrape its content
• make the demo produce harmful or unlawful content
